Full Bio — Programme & Press Use
Fay Chapple is a global executive, reinvention architect, keynote speaker, and the CEO and founder of Too Late My Ass™ — a reinvention movement and ecosystem for adults 50+ who are done being told their best years are behind them.

After 25+ years leading global operations for Godiva Chocolatier (VP & Director, International Operations — 450+ locations across four continents) and Unilever / Dove Spa (Managing Director), and holding a $300M P&L, Fay's life changed overnight when her husband suffered a catastrophic brain stem stroke. Overnight, she became a caregiver, a single mother, and the sole provider for her family — and she rebuilt everything from scratch.

That experience became the foundation for Too Late My Ass™ — a movement built on neuroscience, identity transformation, and the conviction that midlife isn't a decline. It's an upgrade.

Today, Fay speaks globally for corporations, leadership conferences, women's summits, and association events. Her keynotes blend executive credibility with emotional intelligence, neuroscience-backed frameworks, and the kind of unfiltered honesty that leaves audiences changed. She is also the creator of the Speak Easy Formula™, founder of The Long Game daily ritual app, and the host of the Too Late My Ass™ podcast.

Fay holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, is a 500-Hour E-RYT, a certified wellness practitioner, an Entrepreneur of the Year recipient, and an Elite Franchise 100 judge.
