Make
ROOM
Everything from the back of the book, ready to use. The printable workbook, a calendar file that books the Head Room routines for you in one step, and the resets in my voice.
Three ways to put the book to work.
The Workbook
Twelve pages: the Head Room Day, the Reset Kit, the Sunday Reset, your calendar blueprint, a 30-day tracker, your floor and red flags, and the 14-day start plan.
Download the PDFThe Calendar File
Adds the daily and weekly Head Room routines to your calendar as recurring entries: your own block, Hold, deep work, email windows, the Thinking Walk, the Sunday Reset and more. Move or delete anything that doesn’t fit your week. It downloads as a small zip file; the steps are further down this page.

Twelve short resets, recorded in my voice, from the one-minute Double Sigh to the Nine Breaths from the Tibetan tradition. Close your eyes and press play.
Send them to meOne to five minutes, for every hard moment.
Get the resets in my voice.
Leave your name and email and I’ll send you one email when the recordings are ready.
Thank you. You’re on the list, and I’ll email you the moment the audio is ready. In the meantime, try the one-minute Reset.
Two minutes, once.
Unzip it first: the file arrives as Head_Room_Calendar.zip. Double-click it and you’ll get Head_Room_Calendar.ics, which is the file your calendar needs. This is easiest on a computer.
Then a tip: create a new, empty calendar called Head Room and import into that. If the routines ever crowd your week, you can hide or remove the whole set in one click.
Google Calendar (on a computer): Settings, then Import & export. Choose the .ics file, pick your Head Room calendar, and import.
Outlook: open the .ics file, or drag it into your calendar, and choose to open it as a new calendar.
Apple Calendar: double-click the .ics file and choose your Head Room calendar.
The times are a starting point. Move your deep work block into your own best hours, and rename it after your hard thing (Chapter 5).
Bring Make ROOM to your team.
Head Room started as keynotes and workshops for leadership teams. I work with CEOs and their teams through keynotes, half-day workshops, The Long Game at Work program and one-to-one Thinking Walks, in Toronto and by phone anywhere in the world.
